Priced at $3.99 per month, the Marketplace Pass grants access to over 150 pieces of community-created worlds, skin packs, texture packs, and more, with fresh content rotated in each month.
The Minecraft Marketplace has long been a hub for talented creators to showcase their work and monetize their additions to the beloved sandbox game. However, with the introduction of the Marketplace Pass, players now have the opportunity to dive into this vibrant ecosystem like never before, experiencing a curated selection of high-quality content at an affordable monthly cost.

At launch, the Marketplace Pass offers subscribers access to a diverse range of content, including popular adventure worlds, survival spawns, skin packs, and texture packs, among others. Mojang has promised to prioritize variety and quality in its curation process, ensuring that players constantly have new and exciting experiences to explore.
In addition to the rotating content catalog, subscribers will also receive exclusive Character Creator items each month, which they can claim and keep forever, even after their subscription ends. The initial offering includes an ethereal crown, radiant leotard, and mythical boots, adding a touch of flair to players’ in-game avatars.
While the Marketplace Pass shares some similarities with the existing Realms Plus subscription, which includes access to the same creator-made content catalog, it is designed as a more affordable, single-player alternative. Realms Plus, priced at $7.99 per month, also includes a personal Minecraft server for players and up to ten friends.
