Hollywood superstar Scarlett Johansson is taking on her biggest role yet – joining the dinosaur-packed Jurassic movies! The news was announced when Scarlett appeared on the Today show recently. Even better, she got a special message from one of the original Jurassic stars, Jeff Goldblum!
Scarlett is known for big blockbuster movies like Avengers, but she’s loved dinosaurs and Jurassic Park since she was a little kid. “It was one of my earliest movie memories,” she said. “Seeing those dinosaurs on the big screen for the first time was amazing.”
For over ten years, Scarlett has been begging to be in a Jurassic movie. “I told them I’d do anything – even get eaten in the first five minutes!” she joked. Well, her dream has finally come true with the next Jurassic Adventure.
During her Today show interview, Scarlett was surprised with a video from Jeff Goldblum. Remember his character Ian Malcolm from the first Jurassic Park movie? Well, Jeff gave Scarlett a funny welcome: “Dr. Johansson, it’s Jeff. All I know is Scarlett will find a way. Don’t get eaten… unless you want to!” Scarlett laughed, “I can’t believe Jeff Goldblum said that to me. My life is complete!”
The new Jurassic movie is set to come out next summer. Scarlett will lead a big cast on an all-new adventure. Director Gareth Edwards promised the script is “incredible.” Fans can’t wait to see Scarlett battle dinosaurs when the movie hits theaters in 2025! With famous actors like Scarlett now in the series, Jurassic Park looks set to thrill crowds for many adventures to come.
