PlayStation Plus subscribers are in for some changes to their game library this month. While 18 exciting new games will be added to the service, gamers will bid farewell to ten titles, including beloved Yakuza and Borderlands series.
Out of the ten games leaving PlayStation Plus, three Yakuza titles will be sorely missed. Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and Yakuza Kiwami 2 will no longer be available for free.

The ten games exiting PS Plus on August 15 include:

- Carmaggedon: Max Damage

Yakuza Continues on Xbox Game Pass
While PlayStation Plus subscribers bid farewell to the Yakuza series, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will still have access to Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and Yakuza Kiwami 2, all available to play for free through the service. However, PlayStation Plus members can still enjoy Yakuza 3, 4, 5, 6: Song of Life, and Like a Dragon on their platform.
In addition to the departure of Yakuza titles, it is unfortunate to see Borderlands 2 leaving the service, especially considering the recent farewell to Borderlands: The Handsome Collection on July 18.
