Was Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora’s Delay Due to Gameplay Issues?

Jeff Grubb comments on Ubisoft's decision to delay the game's release.

Avatar Frontiers of Pandora

Ubisoft last week shared some sad news for all fans of the Avatar brand who are awaiting the game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The French company reported that the game will not be released on the scheduled debut date, and that we will have to wait until next fiscal year for the title’s release.

Commenting on the publisher’s decision via Twitter was Jeff Grubb, a famous industry insider and journalist, who disclosed that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is facing some problems.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is stunning in graphics, but gameplay requires improvements

According to the insider, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora “looks nice,” but the gameplay itself, which, according to Grubb, “is in an inferior state,” unfortunately, cannot count on similar praise. Although the journalist did not share any additional details, he revealed that he heard about the aforementioned problems “about a month ago.”

We can only hope that the developers from Ubisoft Massive studio use the additional months well and refine the various elements of their game.

Meanwhile, the Avatar brand’s fans, for the moment, have no choice but to wait patiently for more details and footage from the game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.

In conclusion, we should remind you that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is going to PC and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

As mentioned above, the game is slated to debut on the market next fiscal year, ending on March 31, 2024. For the moment, however, we do not know the exact release date of the game.
