Neil Druckmann has already announced last April that he has a plot outline prepared for The Last of Us 3. There is a good chance that in the next installment of the successful series from the Naughty Dog studio we will once again see Abby, who we had the opportunity to get to know in The Last of Us 2.
This is because Laura Bailey – the actress who portrayed the aforementioned character – has admitted that she would love to return to her role. In an interview with ComicBook website, Bailey stated her willingness to play Abby again.
While the actress indicated that she is well aware of the controversy surrounding the said character, she also emphasized that it was “one of the most influential roles” in her career to date. That is why she will definitely choose to work with Naughty Dog again, if the opportunity arises.
Also, Laura Bailey decided to make a comment on the upcoming series The Last of Us, which has recently received some new footage.
Among other things, the actress agreed that the HBO production looks “amazing” and she can’t wait to see more.
