A release date announcement for Street Fighter 6 may be closer than expected: indeed, it appears that preparations for Capcom’s latest home-grown fighting game chapter are now nearing completion.
There is definitely a lot of anticipation to be able to experience all the new things in the successor to Street Fighter V (which you can find on Amazon) close up, since the developers intend to make a product that is suitable not just for the most competitive gamers, but one that won’t scare off the more casual audience as well.

Mixed reports had been coming in recent weeks about the potential release date, yet just a few hours ago came a very interesting new development, anticipating how an announcement might be coming perhaps in just a few days.

Users of the ResetEra forum have in fact noticed that the Korean rating body has already catalogued Street Fighter 6 on its official pages: a procedure that is usually performed only a few months or weeks after the launch of a game, when actually it is possible to present all its contents.
This sixth installment of the fighting game saga has been rated as suitable for audiences 15 years and older, as it would present not only predictable “violence” but hints of “sexuality.”
It would be the first official rating for the title, which may be followed in the coming weeks by many more: thus, it’s possible that an official announcement could be imminent, possibly right at TGA 2022.
At any rate, based on the first official information that has come from the developers, release should not be expected by the end of the fiscal year anyway: thus, it is possible to assume a possible launch in April or May 2023.
