Far Cry 6 developers have published a modest teaser that invites the presentation of a new expansion for the game. Everything points to the fact that we’re facing a sizable expansion, and we will learn the details as early as next week.
Not too much is known so far, other than that the expansion is titled Lost Between Worlds, and that the presentation will be held next Tuesday at 7:00 pm Polish time. We’ll be watching the show on Ubisoft’s official Twitch channel.
Actually, this is all that is officially known about the add-on, however, there are some unofficial reports that shed some more light on the production.
Last Tuesday, the website Insider Gaming published leaks from a source allegedly with access to Xbox and PlayStation store data.
The graphic in question purportedly depicted a character standing among crystals at a large portal, showing various locations from Far Cry 6.

It seems that the leak is true, since the animation posted above with an invitation to a preview of the add-on also shows crystals.
The list of 11 achievements published in the aforementioned article to be derived from Lost Between Worlds also gains credibility in this context.
From the list, it seems that the expansion will include some kind of rift and time trials to be completed as Dani or Fai.
The plot will likely take us to parallel worlds, where we will visit alternate versions of familiar places and completely new locations.
