Disney Dreamlight Valley (DDV) has just received its much-awaited Spring Update. The update includes new content, bug fixes, and quality-of-life improvements that players have been waiting for.

In this article, we will summarize all the changes, new content, and quest fixes that come with the April update.

DDV: The most important changes of the April update

The Spring Update brings in some exciting new features, including Simba and Nala from The Lion King, who will make their debut in DDV. There is also a new Lion King Realm, where players can build their own version of Pride Rock.

Moreover, the update introduces a new Star Path that adds popular Disney Parks rides such as Pixar Pal-A-Round, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and Mad Tea Party.

The update also brings in some small but essential changes that improve the gameplay experience. For instance, the “Well Fed” bonus for eating cooked dishes now offers a higher chance of getting better loot when fishing or collecting berries.

Additionally, players can glide through the valley on a magic cloud as long as the bonus is active. Another much-awaited quality-of-life improvement is the ability to recharge stamina by sitting on any bench in the Valley, not just in the player’s house.

Interactive items for pets are another exciting new feature that the update introduces. Players can now craft items like little houses, food bowls, and toys for their pets to interact with. The update also includes a new selfie pose in Photo Mode where players can hold their companions.

In addition to these new features, the update also includes numerous bug fixes. Players can now hang out with Prince Eric, and the bugs in the missions for Mirabel and Remy have been fixed. The update also fixes several issues with quest items, companion behavior, and inventory management.

The update also introduces new optional items in the Premium Shop, including Prince Eric’s Boathouse Dream Style and dreamlight-infused animal companions.

Players can also take part in the Eggstravaganza event from April 8 to 29 and enjoy the return of sunny days outside.
