“Lies of P,” the highly anticipated game, has exciting developments underway, as confirmed by the director, Jiwon Choi. In a recent Director’s Letter video, Choi shared that the team is diligently working on both downloadable content (DLC) and a sequel, showcasing their commitment to expanding the game’s universe.

Choi provided a sneak peek into the upcoming DLC through concept art, revealing an icy, mechanical interior and a worn ship, sparking widespread speculation and theories among the gaming community.

Some fans are hypothesizing a pirate-themed adventure or a journey to Neverland, potentially encountering a darker, more sinister version of Peter Pan and his crew.

Others are speculating a connection to Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein,” drawing parallels between the novel’s themes and the game’s storyline, as well as the icy setting depicted in the concept art.

The development team is also focusing on enhancing the gaming experience with a November patch, addressing issues such as underperforming blades and handles, and smoothing out early-game difficulty.

This update will equip players with the Rising Dodge ability from the start and introduce an extra equipment slot for facial accessories, allowing for more customization.

“Lies of P” continues to captivate the gaming community with its dark, gothic atmosphere and Soulslike gameplay. With the promise of new content, a sequel, and ongoing improvements, the game is poised to leave a lasting impact on the genre.

“Embark on a darkly enchanting journey with our CLeM review, where mystery and whimsy collide. Dive into a gothic tale that’s as captivating as it is creepy, and discover if you can unravel the secrets that lie within.”
