After the release of the Chapter 5 patch, they discovered that the game’s manholes function similarly to the previously existing portal toilets, allowing players to jump in and emerge from another manhole elsewhere on the map.
While not explicitly linked to TMNT, the addition of these manholes, which are a significant part of the Ninja Turtles’ lore, is suggestive. Moreover, dataminers have found files indicating the presence of a TMNT lair accessible through TMNT-branded manholes.
This discovery, combined with in-game graffiti that mirrors the TMNT’s style found at one of the island’s train stations, adds to the mounting evidence of a TMNT-themed event or collaboration.
