Keanu Reeves recently has revealed that if given the opportunity, he would love to play Batman on the big screen. The widely loved star of The Matrix and John Wick insists that this has always been his dream.
Reeves has taken on the role of Batman in the animated DC film League of Super-Pets, but he only lends his voice to the character.
However, speaking of the role, a reporter for Extra TV asked if the Canadian actor would like to don the Dark Knight’s costume as well.
“It’s always been my dream, but Batman now has Robert Pattinson and he’s doing great,” replied Reeves. “Maybe someday, when they need an older Batman…” he continued.
According to the actor, he loves Batman in both comic books and movies, and that lending his voice to the character was “a lot of fun.”
You can find out how Reeves managed the voice of Bruce Wayne on July 29, when DC’s League of Super-Pets will debut.
