Endnight Games studio announced that they have decided to push back the release of their latest production, Sons of the Forest. Originally, the title was scheduled to debut on the market in October this year.
However, the developers are in need of more time to put the finishing touches on it. Consequently, it will not be available to play until next year.
Sons of the Forest’s new release date is February 23, 2023. The news of the delay appeared on Twitter, and the developers, in a short tweet, apologized to players for having to wait longer.
They simultaneously explained that it wasn’t easy for them to set a precise release date for the game in advance due to its size. The extra months will allow the developers to fine-tune everything.

Sons of the Forest is to be available exclusively on Steam. It features a sequel to the game The Forest. The task of the player is to find a billionaire who is stuck on a desert island, and to keep things from getting too easy, the place is full of mutants and various kinds of nightmares.
As we play, we can do pretty much anything we feel like doing. One can fight, build and explore the island. Obviously, we need to be extra careful at night.
