Samsung To Expand Availability of Cloud Gaming on Its TVs

For the past few months, users of Samsung Smart TVs have been able to take advantage of cloud gaming options via the Xbox Cloud Gaming service.

This list will expand significantly soon, for the Korean company also will offer applications for GeForce NOW and Utomik.

All these services will hit the 2022 TVs, along with models produced a year earlier, in 2021. We are talking about the Excellence Line 8K, Neo QLED, QLED, The Frame, the Serif and The Sero series, among others.

The software updates will start later this year and will also be available for TVs purchased in Poland. Thereby, streaming games at up to 4K resolution and 60 frames per second will be possible with a premium subscription to GeForce NOW.

Additionally, Samsung Smart TV users will get the opportunity to use the Blacknut service as early as next year.

This subscription’s catalog will feature more than 500 games, among them Metro Exodus, the Overcooked and Disney productions.

From 2023, the Blacknut application won’t be available for owners of selected Samsung TVs from 2021, 2022 and 2023.
