With the year 2022 nearing its end, the time has now come for PlayStation Plus and all its subscribers to start looking ahead to next year, and they will have to give up a number of free games in the coming months.
Indeed, Extra and Premium subscription plans, as you might know, gives access to a constantly updating catalog of free games, but which will see several goodbyes each month.
After already unveiling the 10 free games that will be leaving the catalog in January, TrueTrophies editorial staff conducted further investigation via the PlayStation Store, arriving to discover that in February 2023 there are as many as 7 confirmed games that will be leaving the catalog.
These include a particularly important farewell for lovers of open world classics: indeed, it appears that Grand Theft Auto Vice City – The Definitive Edition, the version proposed in GTA Trilogy of one of the most beloved chapters in the series by Rockstar Games, is officially leaving the service next February.
So below we will bring you the complete list with all free games coming out of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium from February: you can get confirmation yourself by heading to the official pages from PS Store of all listed titles.

All of the free games we have listed above will remain available until February 21, the day when additional additions on Extra and Premium should possibly be offered.
Interestingly, it seems that American users will also lose Rad Rodgers as of this date, which was not listed on the Italian and European pages, though. We will, naturally, update you if this changes or if additional titles are announced for release.
We take this opportunity to remind you that as many as 21 new games are already available for free on the subscription service, but WWE 2K22 should also be available from January 3.
From the same date new free games redeemable on Essential should also be available.As of yet, there has been no official announcement from Sony, but January’s freebies may have already been revealed by the “usual” leak.
