It seems that the highly-anticipated horror video game, Amnesia: The Bunker from Frictional Games, will be making its grand debut a little later than expected.
In an announcement made on the studio’s social channels, the team revealed that they needed more time to ensure the game is up to par and lives up to the expectations of their players.
“Unfortunately, we have to announce the postponement of Amnesia: The Bunker,” reads the statement, “The Frictional Games team has had a challenging winter with some health issues among our staff, which has impacted production for our small studio. However, we are determined to deliver a truly spine-tingling experience and don’t want to rush the process.”
The game was originally slated to arrive in March on various platforms such as PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Game Pass, but the launch has now been rescheduled to May 16th. The team behind the game is working tirelessly to make the best version of the bunker and believe that the extra few weeks will make all the difference.
So, mark your calendars and get ready for a thrilling gaming experience with Amnesia: The Bunker, coming May 16th.
