Lisa Vanderpump stands in the shell of her unfinished Las Vegas hotel and asks whether she wants a legacy, in the first trailer for Bravo’s limited series “Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas.”
The three-episode spinoff premieres Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 9 p.m. ET/PT and runs across two nights. It follows the race to open The Vanderpump Hotel, the restaurateur’s first lodging venture, built in partnership with Caesars Entertainment. Bravo bills the project as her biggest gamble yet. Vanderpump has opened 39 restaurants, including three on the Strip.
The preview shows a property that looks nowhere near ready. Vanderpump worries that the people around her lack urgency, and the footage cuts between construction chaos, tears and a last-minute scramble as the deadline closes in. Her opening-night toast to guests ends the clip on a high note.
Family and longtime partners anchor the cast. Vanderpump’s husband, Ken Todd, her daughter, Pandora Vanderpump Sabo, business partner Nick Alain and party planner Kevin Lee all appear. Most of the rebooted “Vanderpump Rules” cast from Season 12 joins them, among them Natalie Maguire, Venus Binkley, Chris Hahn, Angelica Jensen, Marcus Johnson and Audrey Lingle. Familiar faces from the show’s earlier years turn up at the opening, including Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz, along with Bravo personality Garcelle Beauvais and Tom Sandoval.
The series also tests the format. Season 12 debuted in December 2025 and wrapped in March, and Bravo has not said what comes next for the flagship show. Executive producer Alex Baskin told The Hollywood Reporter shortly after the finale that a Vegas-based version made sense, when fans speculated about a new cast drawn from Vanderpump’s employees at her existing restaurants there.
Bravo says the series is produced by 32 Flavors, a Sony Pictures Television company, and Evolution Media, an MGM company. Baskin, Vanderpump and Todd are among the executive producers.
For Vanderpump, the hotel caps a career that grew out of a Beverly Hills restaurant scene and a franchise that has run on Bravo since 2013. The trailer suggests she is wagering that brand on a building that had not yet been finished when cameras rolled.
