Netflix set opening dates for its first permanent Netflix House destinations, confirming the Philadelphia-area site at King of Prussia Mall will debut November 12, followed by Galleria Dallas on December 11. The company describes the venues, each spanning more than 100,000 square feet, as free-to-enter hubs that mix complimentary attractions with paid, timed experiences tied to its franchises.

The Dallas location will feature a Netflix RePLAY arcade built around shows such as Floor Is Lava and Army of the Dead, plus larger attractions including Stranger Things: Escape the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials. Philadelphia’s site is set to include Top 9 Mini Golf themed to series like Bridgerton and Squid Game, a TUDUM Theater for screenings and fan events, and Netflix Virtuals, a VR area with games tied to Stranger Things and Rebel Moon.

Ticketing will roll out ahead of opening. For Philadelphia, presales begin October 7 for AAdvantage Mastercard holders, October 14 for waitlist subscribers, and October 17 for the general public; Dallas follows on November 7, November 14, and November 18, respectively. Entry to the venues remains free, with pricing applied only to select experiences.

The strategy extends the streamer’s push into in-person entertainment after pop-ups and tours based on hits from Wednesday to One Piece, while repurposing large retail footprints for year-round, rotating programming. The company has also flagged a third site planned for the Las Vegas Strip in 2027.

Early materials emphasize photo ops with characters like Queen Charlotte, screenings including KPop Demon Hunters, and dining at Netflix Bites, all designed to refresh with new releases and seasonal events. The company positions Netflix House as a marketing and merchandising engine as much as a fan space, aiming to turn streaming fandom into repeat, location-based visits.
