This request from the studio indicates the script for Uncharted 2 is complete and production could be gearing up.

Wahlberg confirmed in an interview that he had just gotten a call with instructions to begin cultivating Sully’s signature mustache, though he joked the facial hair doesn’t sprout quickly for him.
