Fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies are not only rich in vitamins, but they are also wonderfully refreshing these days. So get your blender ready; as in the following, we are going to tell you how to make 5 tasty smoothies that are full of vitamins!
You will need (for 2 people):
- 6 apricots
- 1 teaspoon of liquid sweetener stevia or agave syrup
- 1/2 lime
- Water as needed (about 250 ml)
- A few ice cubes
How to Make It:
Wash the apricots under cold water, dry them, slice them in half and remove the stones. Chop them into small pieces and put them in a blender. Put water, liquid stevia, agave syrup (you can also use maple syrup) and squeezed juice of half a lime, seal well and blend until smooth. Divide the drink between the two glasses and put a few ice cubes in each.
