EA Sports is bringing the excitement of the UEFA European Football Championship 2024 to its EA Sports FC 2024 game. The company announced that a free content update coming in summer 2023 will integrate the Euro 2024 tournament into the soccer simulation title across all platforms.
Players of EA Sports FC 2024 on consoles, PC, and mobile devices will be able to experience the month-long tournament firsthand through authentic matchups and presentations.
The update will feature all 51 UEFA national teams participating in qualification and the 24 teams that ultimately make the final tournament. Game modes such as Career Mode and Online Seasons will reflect the real-world Euro 2024 tournament results as they happen.
Additionally, a special Euro 2024 mode will allow players to jump right into the group stage and direct any European national team through the knockout rounds. Customized tournaments expanding beyond the actual Euro 2024 brackets can also be created for more fantasy matchups.
Throughout the tournament experience, EA Sports FC 2024 will incorporate television-style broadcast visuals and commentary specific to the Euros.

Chance to Win Player Items and Represent Countries in Esports Tournament
To promote the free DLC update, EA Sports is gifting players who log into the game between now and January 16th with a randomly selected 90+ rated player item of a current European football star.
The eligible superstar players are Jack Grealish, Ousmane Dembélé, Federico Chiesa, Florian Wirtz, Virgil van Dijk, and Álvaro Morata. This valuable player item for the popular FIFA Ultimate Team mode will automatically appear in qualifying accounts starting December 18th.
The Euro 2024 update will also connect to a special EA Sports FC esports tournament for next summer. Competitive players on the game can represent different countries in a bracket-style contest to crown the best virtual Euro 2024 winner.
This tournament will offer great exposure for top-tier EA Sports FC players and build further connections between the real and virtual versions of European football’s greatest international competition.
