The Evil Dead universe is set to return with the new title Evil Dead Rise. The movie will debut later in 2023, and so Warner Bros. Pictures has begun concrete promotion of the show. To start with, we’ve received a teaser and can check out the poster.
The April 21 premiere of “Evil Dead Rise,” the latest entry from the world of “Evil Dead,” which although it was originally supposed to debut as part of HBO Max, Warner Bros. changed plans and will have a theatrical release soon.
The project is the responsibility of Lee Cronin – creator of “Impostor,” “50 States of Fright” and “Minutes Past Midnight.” The filmmaker this time sat on the director’s stool and even prepared the script for the new story.
Sam Raimi (creator of the series) as well as Bruce Campbell (actor playing Ashley “Asha” J. Williams) have become executive producers.
It is the fifth installment in the series, which will depict the story of two sisters – as Beth visits Ellie, who is single and raising three children in a cramped Los Angeles apartment.
However, The sisters’ meeting is interrupted by the discovery of a mysterious book. We can check out a teaser and poster from Evil Dead Rise today, and the full trailer will be released tomorrow.
