Among the surprises of The Game Awards 2021 gala was the announcement of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, a sequel to Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, which was released in 2011.
In the meantime, there is much indication that the production of the Saber Interactive studio will also be featured at this year’s edition of the said event, at least according to Tom Henderson – a renowned industry insider and journalist.
Henderson informed Insider Gaming portal that at The Game Awards 2022 we’ll see a presentation of gameplay from Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
At last year’s announcement, developers and the publisher only released a cinematic trailer. So it’s possible that this time we will have a chance to see full-fledged gameplay.
Gamers waiting for the sequel to the 2011-released Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine therefore have no choice but to closely follow The Game Awards 2022 gala, which will be held on Thursday night into Friday.
The coverage will begin around 1:30 a.m. Polish time, and the entire event can be followed on Twitch.tv and YouTube platforms.
Lastly, we’ll remind you that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is being developed for PC and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
