While we are still awaiting the final release date for upcoming Bethesda games, it’s very likely that we have now learned the debut month of Redfall.
This new source reports that the game will be released in May. This might be one of the biggest launches for Microsoft in the first half of 2023.
We were going to play Redfall last year, however, Bethesda postponed the debut of the production prior to the actual release, and the publisher has yet to confirm final details about the game’s release.
We already reported in the second half of December that the vampire-filled game is expected to debut in May, and Windows Central’s Jez Corden has also apparently heard about that date.
“The rumors started with Okami13, which claimed that Redfall would be released in early May. Our own sources confirmed these reports last week, and Microsoft’s internal targets are focusing on early May as the game’s release date, along with some form of early access similar to Forza Horizon 5.”
While the game could be released a few days earlier for select players, the journalist emphasizes an important detail – Redfall is going to be available in May…. if everything works out as planned and no problems arise in the final straight.
It is difficult, however, having known what Microsoft’s plans will ultimately look like. While the corporation has previously announced that Xbox owners and PC gaming enthusiasts will still check out Redfall, Forza Motorsport or Minecraft Legends in 2023, there are still no specific release dates.
