A Reddit user has uncovered a shocking revelation about the PC version of Hogwarts Legacy. As it turns out, the exclusive content that is only available on the PS5 and PS4 versions of the game is actually hidden among the game files of the PC version.

And for those who are daring enough, it’s possible to unlock this hidden treasure with a few tweaks to the save files. For those unfamiliar with the exclusive content, the PS5 and PS4 versions of Hogwarts Legacy feature a thrilling quest known as the “Hogsmeade Haunted Shop”. Players embark on an eerie and mysterious adventure, where they encounter Madam Mason, a shopkeeper in Hogsmeade, and delve into a dungeon filled with danger.

Upon completing this quest, players are rewarded with access to an exclusive shop in Hogsmeade, where they can sell their items and equipment at a better price than any other shop in the game.

And, to add even more excitement, it’s also one of the best quests in the Hogwarts Legacy game, as we discovered in our video where we answered 100 questions about the game.

While this exclusive content will remain exclusive to the PS5 and PS4 versions for a year after the release of Hogwarts Legacy, the Reddit user enaske has discovered that it is already included in the PC version of the game files.

And for those who are tech-savvy, it’s possible to unlock it right now. So, for all you PC players out there, this is your chance to experience the excitement of the Hogsmeade Haunted Shop and become the master of your own destiny!

Are you ready to delve into the world of hex editing and unlock content before it’s officially released? While this method has been hinted at by esnake on Reddit, be warned that it could potentially violate the End User License Agreement and lead to corrupted save files if not executed properly. This is especially true if you are not well-versed in the art of hex editing.

However, if you’re feeling adventurous, esnake has provided some parameters to modify on Reddit. But be quick, as it won’t be long before Avalanche Software plugs this exploit with a patch.

In the meantime, Hogwarts Legacy continues to amaze on Steam with over 450,000 concurrent players, despite the fact that the game is only available in Early Access for Deluxe Edition buyers. This is a testament to the game’s already immense popularity and the anticipation for its full release.
