Set twenty years prior to the events of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, this captivating narrative catapults us into the vibrant cityscape of 9th-century Baghdad. Here, we join the youthful Basim Ibn Ishaq as he grapples with the tenets of the creed under the vigilant tutelage of his mentor, Roshan.
Paying Homage to The Origins
Though Assassin’s Creed Mirage is not a remake of the seminal Assassin’s Creed game, it does not shy away from reverently acknowledging its roots. In a departure from the recent titles, Mirage deftly re-embraces the original spirit of the franchise, establishing itself as an action-adventure game deeply rooted in narrative elements, stealth, parkour, and strategic assassinations.
