The latest update to “Call of Duty: Warzone” and “Modern Warfare 3,” released on January 23, has brought significant enhancements to the gaming experience, focusing on aftermarket parts, multiplayer modes, and introducing new purchasing options for players. This comprehensive update reflects the developers’ continuous effort to balance gameplay, ensure player satisfaction, and add innovative elements to these popular titles.
The update has specifically targeted the aftermarket parts in “Modern Warfare 3,” with a series of balancing adjustments. The developers have emphasized creating conversion kits that offer “fun and unexpected experiences” with familiar weapons.
Notable changes include improved recoil control for the JAK Signal Burst part for the Holger 556 assault rifle and the DM56 marksman rifle, and a significant decrease in the bullets required to reach the maximum rate of fire for the JAK Thunder LMG Kit for the Sidewinder battle rifle.
Multiplayer and Zombies Mode Updates
In the multiplayer realm, the Season 1 Reloaded update has revamped the Supe’d Up limited-time mode (LTM), allowing players to earn Temp V abilities more than once per life. Additionally, the in-match scoreboard has been adjusted to show Kills, Confirms, and Denies, providing a clearer overview of player performances.
The Zombies mode has introduced randomization to the warlord bosses on each map, with the new Dokkaebi boss being randomized with previous bosses. This change adds an element of surprise and strategy to the gameplay. The update also prevents Dokkaebi from being eliminated with a single hit from certain weapons, enhancing the challenge for players.
Warzone: Bug Fixes and New Armory Purchases
The update in “Warzone” focuses on several major bug fixes, including issues with perk packages, custom loadout menus, and the Champion’s Quest tracker. These fixes aim to streamline the gameplay experience and eliminate frustrating glitches.
A new purchasing option has been introduced, allowing players to buy Call of Duty operator skins and blueprints that are not currently available in the in-game store through the game’s Armory. This update, however, does not extend to limited-time, upcoming, or discounted items.
