With “Summer House” heading into its most scandal-charged finale in years, the Hamptons estate at the center of the Bravo series is now available to rent — giving fans a chance to watch the drama unfold from the exact rooms where much of it happened.
StayMarquis, the luxury rental company that manages the property used in filming, launched a bidding campaign this week for four one-night watch party experiences tied to the season 10 finale and its three-part reunion. Bidding opens at $3,000 per night, with each stay including private use of the home, an in-home theater setup, and a refrigerator stocked with Loverboy, the canned cocktail brand owned by cast member Kyle Cooke. By Friday, the bid for the May 19 finale night had already climbed to $6,525.
The timing could hardly be more loaded. In March, co-stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson denied circulating rumors of a romance before releasing a joint statement confirming the relationship at the end of the month — a revelation made more combustible by the fact that Ciara Miller, their fellow castmate, had dated Wilson for years and championed Batula through her troubled marriage to Cooke. The scandal, dubbed “Scamanda” online, drew immediate comparisons to the Vanderpump Rules’ “Scandoval” saga.
The reunion taping, filmed in New York City in April, has already generated its own controversy. Audio leaked online the same night filming wrapped, captured Miller confronting Batula and Wilson on camera. Bravo launched an investigation and concluded a production staffer had made the unauthorized recording. Andy Cohen called the leak “disgusting and illegal.” A preview clip aired at the NBC Upfronts showed Kyle Cooke telling fellow cast members to focus on what he called Wilson’s “ease of lying,” alleging Wilson had been in an exclusive relationship with another woman since February 2025.
Cohen, who has hosted well over 100 reunions, described the season 10 taping as one of the most intense he has ever filmed. “Every question was asked,” he said on Instagram Stories immediately after the taping.
The four available watch party nights correspond to the May 19 finale, and reunion parts airing May 26, June 2, and June 9. The home sits on four private acres and features a 1,700-square-foot pool pavilion. StayMarquis is also listing the property for regular summer rental and potential sale. The show has been renewed for an eleventh season, though the property’s future as a filming location remains unconfirmed.
