A video has emerged showing “Vanderpump Rules” alum Tom Sandoval shoving his ex-girlfriend’s father into a lit fire pit during a chaotic confrontation at his home — the latest development in a rapidly escalating legal dispute between the reality television star and his former partner, Victoria Lee Robinson.
The footage, obtained by TMZ, captures the June 3 confrontation at the center of Sandoval’s restraining order filing. In it, Sandoval and Victoria appear to argue before he rushes toward her, seemingly attempting to grab a recording device from her hands. Her father, J. Will Robinson, then grabs Sandoval around the waist in an apparent effort to pull him away from his daughter. Sandoval shoves Will backward, sending him into the lit fire pit before he collides with Victoria.
The June 3 incident was also the night police responded to Sandoval’s home and arrested Victoria on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence. Sandoval, according to court documents, says he subsequently filed for a restraining order against both Victoria and her father — accusing her of punching him in the face hard enough to cause blurred vision and bleeding from his ear and neck, which he says required an emergency room visit, and accusing her father of punching a large hole in a bedroom door while Sandoval was barricaded inside.
Sandoval also accused Robinson of ongoing abuse throughout their two-and-a-half-year relationship, including physical and verbal abuse, tracking him with AirTags, and changing passwords on his phone and social media accounts.
A source close to Sandoval told The Hollywood Reporter that he had never physically harmed Victoria or her father before this incident, that he had reached a breaking point that night, and that Will’s intoxication caused him to lose his balance after the push. The source said Sandoval has extensive video evidence of alleged physical and psychological abuse he endured, which will be presented in court.
Will Robinson told TMZ his version of events differed sharply, saying he lifted Sandoval off his daughter because Sandoval was overpowering her and twisting her arm while trying to take her phone, and that he was the one who called police for their safety that night.

A temporary restraining order was granted, with a judge ordering Victoria and her father to vacate Sandoval’s home immediately.
