Just hours before the scheduled opening of Burger Shot, Take-Two Interactive delivered a devastating cease and desist order to the event organizers, warning of potential legal repercussions. The sudden intervention abruptly canceled the Burger Shot-themed event, leaving fans disappointed and organizers scrambling to respond.
Despite the setback, there is a silver lining. The organizers, determined to salvage the event, managed to find a way to proceed with the second part of their plans. They decided to proceed with the Cluckin’ Bell installation, albeit with a slight modification to its name. The establishment would now be called “Don’t Cluckin Tell.” Fans would still have the opportunity to experience the Cluckin’ Bell-inspired event.
