In March, Vice Chairman Thomas Tippl, Chief Administrative Officer Brian Bulatao, Chief People Officer Julie Hodges, Chief Legal Officer Grant Dixton, and CFO Armin Zerza will also depart.
Bobby Kotick’s resignation marks the end of his 32-year tenure with Activision Blizzard.
