The Tales from the Borderlands was a really successful game and one might even be tempted to conclude that we were dealing here with a decent spin-off, which met all the textbook assumptions of its existence.
Therefore, one can not be surprised how well received the information that the game will get a sequel was. We have, after all, officially been aware for some time now that New Tales from the Borderlands is in development. Now, it has been confirmed that things are on the right track.
After all, it has been affirmed that New Tales from the Borderlands is already in gold! What this means is that the game is ready for release and might hit the boxes and digital shelves of virtual stores. By this stage, absolutely nothing could hurt the release, which is planned for October 21 of this year.
It remains, then, to be patient for the last two weeks and hope that nothing gets off the ground at the final straight and that we will indeed be able to return to the capital world from Gearbox Entertainment.
The New Tales from the Borderlands is coming to PC and PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch consoles.
