As previously announced, the Nintendo and Universal Pictures have shared the second full trailer for “Super Mario Bros. Movie,” an upcoming animation featuring the adventures of the famous plumber.
This movies is produced by Illumination, the makers of Minions and The Secret Life of Pets. At the first teaser we got a look at the appearance of Mario, Toad and Bowser, and this time the creators presented more characters from their film, among them Luigi, Donkey Kong and Princess Peach.
This trailer looks really good, and let’s hope that the animation itself won’t disappoint Mario fans either. Directors of Super Mario Bros. Movie are Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic (Young Titans: Action!) and the screenplay is the responsibility of Matthew Fogel (LEGO® ADVENTURE 2).
The movie will feature the voices of actors such as Chris Pratt (Mario), Anya Taylor-Joy (Princess Peach), Charlie Day (Luigi), Jack Black (Bowser), Keegan Michael-Key (Toad), Seth Rogen (Donkey Kong) and Kevin Michael Richardson (Kamek), Fred Armisen (Cranky Kong), Sebastian Maniscalco (Spike) and Charles Martinet, or the original voice of Mario, the role of which is being kept secret.
