Rumors have been confirmed about a special event on the servers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The game will be featuring the players we are going to see during the 2022 World Cup.
Call of Duty has already had the likes of Rambo, Terminator, Godzilla and King Kong appear in the game, and now the time has come for professional soccer players.
Developers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 are readying a special event on the shooter’s servers, which will somehow be connected to the event in Qatar.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is apparently going to feature a special mode that will be associated with the World Cup.
Not particularly difficult for the developers, as the previous installments of the Call of Duty series included a gameplay variant called “Uplink” and in that case players had to place the ball in the respective goals.

In fact, the likes of Messi, Neymar and Pogba are expected to appear in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, but also in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and Call of Duty Mobile.
This is apparently a larger campaign to get players not only to shoot, but also to watch the upcoming tournament.
The Qatar World Cup will kick off on November 20, and Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is set to debut on November 16. Are you excited about this new mode of Call of DutyL Modern Warfare 2? Let us know in the comments below.
