Survival games have become increasingly popular in the gaming world, and Stranded: Alien Dawn is no exception. However, what sets this game apart from others is its inspiration from the genre cult classic, RimWorld.
With its realistic graphics and gripping gameplay, Stranded: Alien Dawn has been capturing the hearts of gamers and is currently ranked sixth on the Steam bestseller charts (source: Steam).
In Stranded: Alien Dawn, you find yourself stranded on a completely unknown planet with a small crew. Your ultimate goal is to survive in this new and dangerous world.
You’ll need to assign tasks to your team members, such as building shelter, gathering food, and defending against aggressive life forms.
As you progress through the game, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your surroundings, learn about the plant and animal kingdom, and gain new scientific insights.
Each person on your team has their own unique background, personality, strengths, and weaknesses. They will react differently to various situations, making gameplay unpredictable and exciting.
For example, if a person doesn’t get enough sleep due to people walking by their sleeping area, they’ll become unhappy and may even destroy furniture. Just like in The Sims, managing the moods of your team is crucial to maintaining harmony and avoiding death.
While Stranded: Alien Dawn may not be as complex as RimWorld, it is still a work in progress and has potential to become even more intricate in the future. The game was released on April 25, 2023, and is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
Overall, Stranded: Alien Dawn offers an immersive and thrilling gameplay experience for those who love the survival genre.
With its stunning graphics, unpredictable gameplay, and unique characters, it’s no wonder why gamers are raving about it. Get ready to lead your team to survival in a world where the unknown can be both beautiful and deadly.
