The postponement, however, is unrelated to the ongoing writers’ strike, which started in May. Unfortunately, fans who have been eagerly anticipating a new season since October 2022 will now have to wait even longer.

The delay in filming indicates that The Witcher Season 4 won’t be hitting screens before 2025. This prolonged wait may be disheartening for some, but it does provide those who are not ready to let go of Henry Cavill’s Geralt more time to adjust to the inevitable change.
