This update introduces several notable features, making the valley more interactive and festive. Players can expect:

  • Premium Shop Items: For a limited time, access special items adding more variety to the gameplay.
  • DreamSnaps Challenges: Engage in weekly challenges to showcase your creativity and win rewards.
  • Holiday Event: Look out for gifts and wrapping paper scattered around the valley, adding to the festive spirit.
  • Villager Management: Gain greater control over your valley’s inhabitants with the new map menu feature.

In addition to the new content, this update marks the release of “Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time,” an expansion pass introducing the first of three epic Acts. This expansion promises to enrich the game’s narrative and world-building.

The update also addresses several bugs and makes minor but significant changes to enhance the gameplay experience. These include tweaks to the Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Frozen, Mickey and Friends, and Moana furniture collections for a more cohesive aesthetic. Notably, issues related to item spawning, graphical glitches, and game freezing have been rectified, ensuring smoother gameplay.
