This advisory stems from the studio’s recent experience with Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, where an SSD was recommended but not mandatory, leading to criticism from the esteemed Digital Foundry’s John Linneman, who deemed the port borderline unplayable on traditional hard disk drives (HDDs).
