"Now You See Me 3" Set for November 2025 Release, Original Cast Returns

Director Ruben Fleischer, known for “Zombieland” and “Uncharted,” will helm the project, taking over from previous directors Jon M. Chu and Louis Leterrier. The film promises to reunite the original star-studded cast, including Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman, who will reprise their roles as the enigmatic Four Horsemen and their allies.

In addition to the returning cast, “Now You See Me 3” will introduce several new faces to the franchise. Rosamund Pike, Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt are set to join the ensemble in yet-to-be-revealed roles, adding fresh talent to the mix.

While plot details remain under wraps, the film is expected to continue the franchise’s tradition of blending elaborate magic tricks with high-stakes heists and social justice themes. Jesse Eisenberg, in a recent interview, described the script as one that “celebrates intelligence” and is “non-violent but exciting,” suggesting a continuation of the series’ signature style.

The “Now You See Me” franchise has been a consistent box office performer, with the first two films grossing over $686 million worldwide combined, despite mixed critical reception. The long gap between installments seems to have only increased fan anticipation for the next chapter in the magicians’ adventures.

Director Ruben Fleischer expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “There are three things in this world I absolutely love… Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson and magic. To have the chance to work with these two talented actors, as well as the rest of the incredible cast of the ‘Now You See Me’ movies is a dream come true.”

With production set to take place this year, the November 2025 release date gives the filmmakers ample time to craft their cinematic illusions. As the only major release currently slated for that specific date, “Now You See Me 3” is poised to capture audience attention in a month that will see competition from other high-profile releases such as Marvel’s “Blade” reboot and Disney’s “Zootopia 2.”

As the magic unfolds and new tricks are revealed, fans of the franchise can mark their calendars for another mind-bending adventure with the Four Horsemen in “Now You See Me 3” on November 14, 2025.
