Bravo host Andy Cohen definitively shut down speculation about Lisa Vanderpump’s potential return to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” (RHOBH) during a recent Sirius XM radio show.
Speaking candidly on “Andy Cohen Live,” Cohen directly addressed the persistent rumors, stating, “It was repeated all over the place that I’m trying to get Lisa Vanderpump back on The Housewives of Beverly Hills. Let me restate my abject love for Lisa Vanderpump, but I don’t know where the rumor came from.”
Vanderpump left RHOBH in dramatic fashion during Season 9, following a controversial “Puppygate” incident involving cast members Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. The reality star was accused of leaking negative stories to the media, which ultimately led to her departure from the show.
Despite her absence from RHOBH, Vanderpump remains an active presence in reality television. She continues to star in and produce “Vanderpump Rules” and recently launched a new Hulu series, “Vanderpump Villa,” which follows her staff at a European estate.
Cohen noted that while Vanderpump maintains a friendly relationship with current cast member Garcelle Beauvais, her interactions with Richards and Kemsley remain tense. His co-host, John Hill, emphasized that Vanderpump “has her own thing going on” and does not need to return to the show.
The comments effectively end ongoing speculation about a potential RHOBH comeback for the popular reality star.
