With small steps we are getting into the quite intense weeks of the end of this year. Editors of the UK PlayStation branch are promoting new games that will enhance the console library in the near future.
As every week, the PS Access team is sharing with us some interesting news. The premieres worth noting this week are Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Saturnalia, Resident Evil Re:Verse, Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord and Star Ocean: The Divine Force.
The most high-profile, of course, is the recent Call of Duty installment – and not just because of the ongoing dispute between Sony and Microsoft regarding the purchase of Activision Blizzard and the brand’s potential inclusion in the Xbox Game Pass catalog.
Although gamers must still wait for the launch of Modern Warfare II’s servers, the first reviews of the campaign and comparisons revealing the extremely polished setting promise a very solid experience.
Having had a not-so-successful year behind Call of Duty Vanquard, the publisher made no secret of the fact that it is expecting much better results.
Following a lengthy delay, gamers will also have the opportunity to test their skills in Resident Evil Re:Verse, which debuts concurrently with Winters’ Expansion and under the Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, an online gameplay variant that will allow up to 6 daredevils to compete in a deathmatch-like mode.
We should remember that consumers who own RE Village can also enter the bloody fun. On the release date, you will get access to 6 characters, 5 monsters, 2 arenas, a Battle Pass and the first Challenge Mission, although Capcom has already announced further updates.
So which game are you considering checking out this week? Let us know in the comments section below.
