After a three-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, QuakeCon is finally making a grand comeback in 2023. Bethesda has confirmed that the event will take place in August 2023, from the 10th to the 13th, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
This year’s QuakeCon will be particularly special because it will be an in-person event, bringing back the thrill of meeting fellow gamers face-to-face.
The long-awaited QuakeCon 2023 is expected to feature everything that gamers have been missing, including cosplay, board game tournaments, and LAN parties.
This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever, and Bethesda is pulling out all the stops to ensure that everyone has an unforgettable experience.
For those unable to attend in person, QuakeCon 2023 will be live-streamed on Twitch, allowing gaming enthusiasts from around the world to follow the action as it unfolds.
Due to the unprecedented demand, tickets will not be available for purchase this year. Instead, interested parties will need to register for the event in BYOC (Bring-Your-Own-Computer) mode for LAN parties. This requirement is aimed at ensuring that everyone who attends has a seamless gaming experience.
If you’re a fan of Bethesda games, you won’t want to miss QuakeCon 2023. The event is known for its big announcements, and we can expect to hear more about upcoming releases and updates.
In the past, classic Bethesda games were announced on Game Pass, and last year, Quake Remastered was announced and immediately released. This year, there’s a good chance we’ll hear more about Starfield and other iD Software games.
In conclusion, QuakeCon 2023 promises to be a thrilling event for gamers, bringing back the excitement of face-to-face interactions and unforgettable gaming experiences.
