Just a couple of weeks ago, CI Games delighted fans with the announcement of the definitive release date for ‘Lords of the Fallen‘. Accompanying this announcement was an unveiling of atmospheric gameplay footage that only served to heighten the anticipation.

Despite being aimed at the latest generation of consoles and PC, prospective players need not fret over potential high hardware demands.

‘Lords of the Fallen’ will make its grand debut in 136 days. The game, a collaborative project by CI Games and Hexworks, is a reimagined version of the 2014 title. Interestingly, the developers and the publisher opted to limit the game’s availability to three platforms, releasing it in October.

Expectations Subverted

Given the game’s focus on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, many might have anticipated stringent hardware requirements for ‘Lords of the Fallen’. Yet, in a move that bucks the trend, the developers have pleasantly surprised gamers.

It turns out, an Intel i5 8400 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX-1060 and 8GB of RAM will suffice to navigate the game’s demanding adventures. With these specifications, players can immerse themselves in the dark, intricate world at a resolution of 720p.

Furthermore, the team shared that the reboot will require 45GB of storage space. While a hard disk drive (HDD) is supported, it’s recommended to install ‘Lords of the Fallen’ on a solid-state drive (SSD) for an optimal gaming experience.

Details regarding the precise hardware necessary for 4K resolution gameplay remain under wraps. Nevertheless, it can be inferred that a robust PC setup will be essential for such high-definition gaming.
