As the highly anticipated Deadpool 3 takes shape, fans have been wondering which characters from the franchise will make a return. However, one character’s presence remains uncertain: Domino. Actress Zazie Beetz has finally shed light on whether or not we will see her reprising the role in the upcoming installment of the saga.
Ryan Reynolds Continues as Deadpool, MCU Debut Awaits
While many X-Men characters have undergone reboots, the iconic Wade Wilson, portrayed by Ryan Reynolds, remains steadfast. Reynolds is more than ready to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and join the ranks of The Avengers.
The details of his incorporation into the MCU are yet to be revealed, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the news. Amidst this anticipation, let’s delve into what’s in store for Domino.
Zazie Beetz’s Uncertain Involvement
Regrettably, it seems that Domino will not be making an appearance in Deadpool 3. Zazie Beetz confirmed this in a conversation with Decider, expressing her desire to play Domino again but explaining that she currently doesn’t feel ready to reprise the role. As a result, fans will have to wait a little longer to see the beloved character return to the big screen.
“Well, right now I’m not part of Deadpool 3, so I don’t know what they’re going to do or if I’m going to show up. I guess they’re possibly taking a hiatus, I’m excited to see what’s going to happen.”
Hugh Jackman’s Surprise Appearance as Wolverine
On a brighter note, Hugh Jackman is set to make a star turn in Deadpool 3. The return of our favorite Wolverine after his retirement from the role has delighted fans of X-Men and, of course, Deadpool.
In a movie like this, Wolverine can play an excellent game, especially considering the humorous banter and action-packed sequences that define Deadpool’s world. This unexpected appearance is sure to add another layer of excitement to the film.
Hugh Jackman’s Multiverse Interpretation
To preserve the ending of his character in the film “Logan,” it appears that Hugh Jackman will portray alternate versions of Wolverine in Deadpool 3.
This clever approach ensures that fans can fully immerse themselves in this incredible experience without undermining the conclusion of Wolverine’s journey. While further details about cameos and other cast members remain scarce, fans eagerly anticipate more updates in the near future.
The Future of Domino and Deadpool
Although Domino will not be part of Deadpool 3, fans can still look forward to Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as the irreverent and unpredictable anti-hero. As the film continues to shape up, more surprises and thrilling moments are sure to be revealed.
While we may not see Domino in this installment, the possibilities for her return in future Deadpool projects remain open. Until then, stay tuned for further updates on Deadpool 3 and the exciting world of Wade Wilson.
