Video game publisher Nacon is gearing up to showcase several of its upcoming titles, including a mysterious open world Terminator game, at its Connect event on February 29th.
The digital showcase will offer the first in-depth look at the post-apocalyptic survival game set in the Terminator universe, currently in development by Nacon Studio Milan.
While first announced two years ago alongside a teaser trailer, details remain scarce on gameplay, story, and even the final name for Nacon’s Terminator title. The game is known to be set after Judgement Day but before John Connor leads the human resistance against Skynet’s robotic onslaught. This dark setting evokes the classic Terminator films versus recent attempts to alter the timeline.

Many fans hope Nacon will deliver an experience focused on evasion and tension akin to the critically acclaimed ‘Alien Isolation’. However, the open world format suggests more emphasis on scavenging resources and bases to survive the mechanical killers roaming the landscape. Beyond the Terminator reveal, Nacon Connect also plans to showcase more on the anticipated RPG sequel GreedFall 2, roguelike dungeon crawler Ravenswatch, and long-awaited racing revival Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. This variety demonstrates Nacon’s broadening catalog beyond its typical historical role-playing titles.
