In this sequel, Andrea Laing reprises her role as Zoe, who attempts to flee the horrors of the first film by relocating to another nation. However, she quickly discovers that the evil log has its purposes.
Casper Kelly, best known for his viral horror short “Too Many Cooks,” is the creative mind behind this production. He has ambitious ideas for the Yule Log franchise. “With luck and your viewership, I will get to fulfil my vision of 31 interconnected Yule Log films,” according to him. Kelly hinted at future titles, like “Adult Swim Yule Log: Next of Kindling” and “Adult Swim Yule Log: Revenge of the Three French Hen Ninjas.”
Adult Swim’s president, Michael Ouweleen, praised the network’s distinctive surreal humour while discussing the sequel. “This holiday, we’re giving the gift that no one thought to ask for, again,” his quip went.
