The Gallagher brothers, Noel and Liam, plan to reunite for a concert tour in 2025 that is expected to break records. Oasis, one of the most iconic British bands, last performed together in 2009. Now, major streaming companies are bidding to film a documentary about the brothers bringing Oasis back together.

Apple TV+ is leading the bidding war so far. They want the rights to document the tour preparations and relationship between Noel and Liam. An Apple source called it “the film of the decade.” Apple hopes to get “unprecedented access” like their documentary about The Beatles. Amazon Prime and Netflix are also competing for the documentary.

Noel and Liam plan to start the reunion tour in Cardiff, Wales in July 2025. Analysts predict the shows will earn the brothers over £400 million. Streaming the documentary could bring more money and remind music fans why Oasis was so popular. The tour announcement made Oasis’s music climb music charts again.

Sources report Noel and Liam negotiated to get half the money from food, drinks, merchandise, and brand deals at shows. This could earn them over £50 million extra. However, some early ticket sales faced complaints over unpredictable high prices. Now a watchdog will investigate the ticket vendors’ practices.

The possible US tour dates and behind-the-scenes documentary would make the Oasis reunion big news. It may influence how legendary bands leverage comebacks. Music industry members and fans closely watch preparations and bidding as this cultural event takes shape beyond just concerts.
