The team behind Xbox Game Pass continues to offer more and more exciting content to its subscribers. Hot on the heels of the recent releases, they’ve now unveiled a new batch of game additions and DLCs, set to hit the platform starting July 19th.

Subscribers can anticipate the Sea of Thieves: The Legend of Monkey Island DLC and an array of independently developed games such as The Wandering Village and Celeste.

Recent Arrivals and Future Additions to Xbox Game Pass

Following the successful launch of ‘The Cave’ and ‘Techtonica’ on July 18, 2023, the Xbox Game Pass is not stopping anytime soon. The official website provides a glimpse into the forthcoming highlights set to enrich Microsoft’s subscription offer starting today, July 19.

July 19 – Maquette (Console and PC)

Step into a captivating world with Maquette, a first-person puzzle game offering a uniquely recursive experience. Immerse yourself in a universe where everything, from buildings to plants, appears both minuscule and overwhelmingly large. Maquette achieves this feat by intricately folding the world onto itself, much like an MC Escher artwork.

July 20 – Figment 2: Creed Valley (Cloud, Console, and PC)

Figment 2: Creed Valley, an action-adventure set in the human psyche, offers a journey through the land of chaos spread by nightmares. Join forces with Dusty, the embodiment of courage, and navigate through challenging puzzles, musical boss fights, and peculiar environments.

July 20 – The Wandering Village (Cloud, Console, and PC)

Experience a unique city-building simulation with The Wandering Village, a game set on the back of a colossal wandering creature. Forge a symbiotic bond with the beast as you build your settlement and strive to survive in this harsh yet beautiful post-apocalyptic world.

July 25 – Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S)

Dive into Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, a standalone expansion to the classic FPS series. Embark on a thrilling journey through Russia’s wild territories as you fight the notorious Mental and unravel Sam Stone’s forgotten adventure chapter.

August 1 – Celeste (Cloud, Console, and PC)

Celeste, the demanding platformer from the creators of TowerFall, makes a much-anticipated return to the Game Pass library. Guide Madeline through her quest to reach the top of Celeste Mountain and aid her in overcoming her inner struggles. Encounter hundreds of handcrafted challenges, uncover intriguing mysteries, and solve the mountain’s enigma.

Promising Updates and DLCs

Now available, all Game Pass members can enjoy a complimentary upgrade to the Naraka: Bladepoint Deluxe Edition, along with in-game rewards.

Starting July 20th, League of Legends fans can instantly unlock the new champion, Naafiri, with their Game Pass membership. Additionally, set sail on the Caribbean with Sea of Thieves: The Legend of Monkey Island – a captivating original story released in three parts, beginning July 20th.

Also, be prepared for a cinematic turn in Dead by Daylight with the Nicolas Cage DLC, coming on July 25th. Xbox Game Pass members enjoy a 10% discount on this DLC!

Do note that Dreamscaper, Expeditions: Rome, Marvel’s Avengers, The Ascent, and Two Point Campus will be leaving Xbox Game Pass on July 31st. Subscribers can utilize their membership benefits to avail a 20% discount on games and 10% on departing DLCs. Microsoft has clarified that these discounts apply only as long as the titles are featured in Game Pass.
