Now, with Chucky joining the ranks of the White House ghosts, the spirits are restless, including the President of the United States, played by Devon Sawa, whom Chucky killed to activate the nukes. Meanwhile, Jennifer Tilly’s Tiffany Valentine remains on death row, and Lexy’s sister Caroline is on the run, setting the stage for an explosive finale.
