Once Carrie joins the party’s retinue, the fast travel system is unlocked, allowing players to instantly travel to any previously visited area. While Carrie’s presence is required to progress the main story through Hishan Old Town, she need not be part of the active party to facilitate fast travel. Players can simply select their desired location from the map menu or speak to Carrie back at their headquarters.
