Blake Lively has filed an amended complaint against her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, alleging that two additional female cast members felt uncomfortable due to his behavior on set. The filing, submitted late Tuesday night, states that these individuals are prepared to testify at trial.

The 141-page complaint asserts that Lively was not the only one who raised concerns about Baldoni, stating, “Ms. Lively was not alone in complaining about Mr. Baldoni and raised her concerns contemporaneously as they arose in 2023.” It also claims that Baldoni was aware of these concerns, acknowledging them in writing at the time.

While the names of the two additional individuals have not been disclosed, the complaint states that they have authorized Lively to share details of their experiences and will provide testimony and supporting documents during the discovery process. The document further alleges that after Lively initially reported her concerns in May 2023, another female cast member also voiced similar issues to Sony executive Ange Gianetti and a producer on the film.

The complaint contends that despite these reports, no investigation or protective measures were taken by Wayfarer, the production company. It references a written response from Baldoni in June, in which he purportedly acknowledged awareness of the concerns and indicated that adjustments would be made. However, the complaint asserts that no actions followed.

In June 2023, Lively and another female cast member allegedly discussed their ongoing unease, with Lively reportedly expressing difficulty in communicating with Baldoni.

The amended filing introduces a defamation claim against Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, alleging that he has been disseminating misleading information to the media in an effort to damage Lively’s credibility. Public relations specialist Jed Wallace and his firm, Street Relations Inc., have also been named as defendants, with claims that they participated in attempts to intimidate others from supporting Lively.

Representatives for Baldoni, Wayfarer, Sony, and Freedman have not provided comment on the allegations.

This legal dispute began in December when Lively first accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and claimed that his actions caused emotional harm to her and her family. Baldoni has countersued, asserting that Lively’s allegations have harmed his reputation. The lawsuit has implicated several high-profile individuals, including Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, public relations professionals, and the New York Times, which initially reported on the case.
